We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The spacious and comfortable room was perfect for our family of four. The private garden provided a lovely outdoor space for us to relax in. The hotel's water park, although quiet when we visited, was a great addition to our stay. We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms and grounds always being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with access to a beautiful water park that provided plenty of entertainment options. The location was ideal, being close to both the water park and the city square. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The beautiful entrance door was a minor inconvenience for larger vehicles. The location offered convenient access to the water park adjoining the complex and free shuttle service to the nearby city center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience.
The front desk staff had an unpleasant interaction during check-out, insisting on payment for untouched minibar items.
